The development team is a team of software engineers which work on frontend and backend web projects.
The main programming language used by the team is JavaScript.
The development team is not responsible for coming up with designs and layouts, but rather in the actual implementation of any changes.
Design team
The design team consists of UX/UI designers, which includes a broad range of skills.
The UX aspect of the role relates to all the tasks which can contribute to making a website more functional (including research, interviews, personas, user flows, wireframes, and usability testing).
The UI aspect of the role relates to the appeal and asthetic of the content on the page.
Data team
The data team uses our database and statistical software such as R and Metabase to analyse trends, present digests, and track our impact.
