Teachers

Introduction

The teachers API is very simple compared to other services. Its sole purpose is for teachers to be able to reach out to us, and for our Outreach Team to be able to keep track of contacts at schools.

Any interested teacher can fill out the sign up form and register themselves - this doesn’t actually let them access the portal, but sends them an email with some info about RESN, including seminars. Teacher Admins can see a list of all teachers, create new teachers, and edit information about teachers such as updating their contact details.

  • Gives them resources and lets them know they will be contacted shortly

  • Sent out to the teacher after they sign themselves up
  • Includes information about our services, requesting presentations, safety guidelines, and how to contact the Outreach Team
