Feedback

Introduction

The feedback system allows any user (students or tutors) to send us a message about anything - to say thank you, to tell us we suck, or to suggest a new feature. This is probably the simplest discrete “service”.

When users submit feedback, they are asked to provide their message, and then select whether their feedback could be published (anonymously of course).

Feedback is only accessible to admins. Admins can see a list of all feedback submissions, who submitted them, when it was submitted, and whether the user allowed it to be published (“is_public”).

  • Sent out to specific exec members whenever a student submits new feedback
